This food was delicious. If you're okay with anxiety-inducing clutter as decor, the food is great. I will go back every trip to Wilmington. Some dishes can be gluten-free, though they don't have a dedicated fryer for nachos.
Yes
Of the salads, only the jerk chicken is gluten free. It was really good, though. They offer 3 lettuce options but don't have corn tortillas. Not a lot of GF options, but not terrible to deal with.
If you are a celiac. do not get the chips! I asked if they were fried with other flour items and the girl said "Yes, but it's so hot it doesn't even matter." :|

No gluten free replacements for burritos and staff was rude about it. Ended up getting a bowl of chili over rice and it had a grain that may have been barley. Next time will ask for a burrito without tortilla if I go back

My score of the food and atmosphere is 5 stars! As far as gluten free rating, I have to give it a 4 because the list behind the counter is confusing and the staff didn't seem to understand it. I eat here a lot and my more sensitive friends have raved about it. I get the burrito that I want and make it a bowl. Truthfully, its easier to eat it this way. This is one of my favorite restaurants on the planet.
They don't have a GF menu. They have list behind the counter that tells the staff what ingredients are GF and you can order "salad" basically. I was really pumped to have a GF burrito and it's just not possible there.
