Most of the menu is gluten free, and everything else can be modified. The food is delicious, I find it much better than certain famous steakhouses in Bellevue. Much better! The cocktails are scrumptious too.

The Flat Iron Grill definitely has good food but they are not gluten free I told the waitress about my gluten sensitivity she talked to the chef I ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes very good but I was sick within 20 minutes definitely do not eat here if you are gluten sensitive
No
While the staff seemed pretty knowledgable about gluten free and most of the menu is gluten free, the price you pay for this restaurant is not worth it. The food was good, but for between $20 and $35 for a plate, I was looking for excellent. The scallops were grilled instead of cooked in a pan, causing the outside layer on both sides to be chewy. The artichoke appetizer was flat out boring. But I will say one thing, their house made fries in their dedicated fryer were delicious.
Yes
The food here is delicious! The staff said most of the items are gluten free and my kids loved that they could eat almost anything off the menu excluding the bread. A favorite place for our family!!
According to the head chef, nearly the whole menu is GF. All sauces and spice mixes are made in-house; very little (if anything at all) is processed or from prepared packing so that he can control quality, freshness and ingredients. Other than bread or breaded items, he said most everything is safe. (But I still verify before ordering.)
