Review of Flatbread Company

I agree with the reviewer who said there is too much flour flying in the air to be safe. Even though they prepare the pizza in a separate room, I've seen them carry the uncovered pizza by the area where they are flipping dough on the way to the oven. It tastes good, but too often is burnt.
