Sat at the bar and servers there were not super knowledgeable about gluten and second guessed themselves several times. 3-4 servers I interacted with were not super knowledgeable. I did not have a lot of confidence and so I ordered a simple salad. When it came out, I asked if it was safe for allergy and they weren’t sure and had to check. They verified it was gluten free, but by that point, I was having a hard time trusting the staff. One of the servers demonstrated a lack of understanding of cross contamination, telling me the grits had trace gluten but was safe for celiac…

Staff is knowledgeable of what’s gluten free - majority of the meats and a few sides. Even had on dessert. Neat concept with everything being flights.

Great for gluten free once you have told your server. Majority of meat is gluten free and can have a couple sides as well. Would recommend

If you tell your waiter or waitress that you have celiac disease, you can request to speak with the chef!!! The chef has great knowledge and makes food that is very safe to eat

Not good for gluten intolerance.
Fabulous food and wonderful concept. Fully knowledgeable about celiac issues
Yes
We went for a party. The meal was easily modified and tasted wonderful. The desert flight was limited to one desert, so it was no longer a "flight". Overall a great experience and would gladly go back.
The food is so good and the staff so ackwoledged and polite that we had to forgive an over 30 minutes wait for our table reservation and an extra hour before being served. They don't have a GF menu but will change any plate possible to be safe for a celiac.
Staff are very knowledgeable and if a dish can be changed to be gluten free they will do so without a hint of rudeness.
