Went to the drydock location - they have gf brownies and some cheesy looking pastry. Both are right in the middle of all the other pastries. I asked for a brownie from the back that hadn't had stuff dropped on it and the lady first gave me the other gf pastry and then when I was like uhh not a brownie, she gave me the bottom brownie on the plate stack. Definitely not eating it but it looks decent.

When we walked in, we asked what they had that was gluten free, and they showed us 1 or 2 pastries, both of which were displayed right with the gluten-containing baked goods. I did not feel confident about the items being safe, as cross contamination was HIGHLY likely. I would not recommend.

They had several gluten free items on the menu. I had a salad and it was delicious. I was nervous about the baked goods in regards to cross contamination.
Yes
I’ve been here a couple times and both was sick shortly after. This is not for those living with celiac. The items are mixed in with non GF pastry, avoiding cross contamination is impossible.
No
From this app, I thought it would've been better for celiacs, but a lot of the food is very close together in the case and can be easily contaminated in their store. It probably isn't all that safe, but I ate a couple of their desserts anyways. Their layered mousse is amazing.
The staff was great at telling me what items I can and cannot eat. The menu tells you exactly what is gluten free. The sandwiches are delicious but a gluten free bun costs 2 extra dollars. Overall, a great place to enjoy a sandwich or pastry.
The handmade GF chocolate caramel Oreo cookie is to die for!!
GF selection is small & in the same display as non GF food.

I have celiac and although they had a disclaimer saying they cannot guarantee there would not be cross contamination, I had to risk it to get the biscuit--or breakfast sandwich if you will. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on GF bread and although I'm never excited to pay the $2 up charge it was totally worth it as the sandwich was HUGE (my husband ordered the same on regular bread and it was much smaller) and super delicious. When ordering they asked me if the GF was a preference or allergy, which I appreciated as well. I did not get sick and I left super full, would definitely recommend!
I had the breakfast sandwich on GF bread. It was absolutely amazing! HUGE sandwich, I ate it in three sittings. It even tasted great cold! I was diagnosed three years ago with a wheat allergy. I have found some decent GF bread in stores and from local bakery's. Flour Bakery has the BEST GF bread around!! SO flavorful and didn't crumble like most GF bread does. The egg was delicious and so was the bacon! I did not have any reactions at all and I have a severe allergy. I can't even eat anything that has been cross contaminated without getting sick. That did not happen here!!!
Changing my review to one star. We went back for dinner and after checking to make sure they had gf bread the five of us placed our orders. After getting our drinks they informed us they have one piece of gf bread and they could try to make two sandwiches out of it. After STILL charging us for our drinks (obviously we had to go somewhere else) we left. For this reason I am giving it one star.
My previous rating:
As far as a gf bakery they only had two items. A huge disappointment for my kids. It was a choice of creme brûlée or almond meringue cloud. I don't think you can consider yourself gf with 2 items. Sorry. Perhaps the sandwiches are better. Hence the 3 stars.
i tried the roast beef samwitch. it was very good and really large. asked before ordering if they had gluten free bread today. cashier checked instead of just saying yes which made me wonder how often they didn't. place is nice but tight seating.
Yes
I didn't get anything because the crowd made me worried that any gf prep would be ignored due to time. There was gf cookies, salad and bread. The worker there highly suggested that I abstain from eating there because of my needing gf due to celiac.
Ordered a sandwich on GF bread (listed on menu) only to be told they didn't have any right now. They only had 2 GF baked goods, but neither looked appetizing so I didn't try them. Disappointing overall.
great bakery for non gf people and a few things for us gf. what they have varies so call ahead. I've had whoppie pies and meringue cookies.
Yes
I love Flour and all of its locations. They are very knowledgeable about allergies, and have a decently sturdy gluten free bread that most of their sandwiches can be put on— only exception would be their grilled sandwiches or naan sandwich, which cannot be made gluten free. For sweets, they have a seasonal gluten free muffin that rotates flavor, a flourless cake and flourless brownie, as well as some meringues. I only wish they had gluten free savory pastries when you want something small, because while their sandwiches are delicious, they are somewhat pricy.

The Flour Bakery listed was closed. We had to go several miles to find another location.
They were out of gluten free bread by 10am, but it was 2 days after Xmas. They still had gf brownies and gf macaroon. They were very knowledgeable and offered to make a salad from a sandwich and then asked if it was for gluten allergy.

I got a pre made salad that was marked gf. I saw that they had bread for sandwiches and pastries in the case. I didn't explore their cross containing policies.
