I am not sensitive to cross contamination so I do not ask the practices. However, there is a separate cutting board for GF items clearly labeled. The GF items are in the same case but separate trays from other gluten full items. Everything is clearly marked and has all ingredients listed. I had the clam chowder, which tasted delicious but was a bit thin. I’d still get it again. They mentioned they use potato starch in all of their soups. The chicken salad was ready to go and also great. An amazing option off the free way for a quick bite!
