Such a good food truck, where everything is 100% gluten-free. My partner and I had the beet burger, sweet potato fries and butternut squash mac ‘n’ cheese this weekend (and have previously had some delicious buffalo cauliflower bites when they were at Groundbreaker). We loved every bite. Definitely recommending to vegan friends!

You guys, this whole cart is gluten free. It’s also vegan! I had mac n cheese, chickpea fritters, marinara, broccoli and garlic aioli. It was delicious. I also had some yummy pumpkin churro donut holes!

My husband calls the lady who created this food truck The Vegan Magician. He is extremely celiac & allergic to dairy, which makes going out to eat very limited. This was one of the 1st places we ate in Portland, and it was so good it legitimately brought my husband to tears!! Also she gave us free FROM SCRATCH deep fried oreos because 1 item we ordered was out of stock. She didn't have to do that, and it was just so kind. So we go to her food truck EVERY TIME we're in Portland, and tell everyone we know about it. Everything on their menu is spectacular & decadent, and they give you plenty for your money. Our true favorites are the Unbeetable Burgers & Sweet Potato Fries. Its comfort food for everyone, food allergies or not.

Awesome little food truck. I got the Caprese Panini and it was delicious! The housemade mozzarella was amazing! My partner who is a meat lover got the Buffalo Chickpea Patty and loved it. The Mac and Cheese was just okay. We also got some pumpkin churros bites that we loved. Closest to a real churro that I’ve had since going GF.

Wow, is really all I can say. Everything we ate was amazing, vegan, gluten free, and delicious. Just found my new favorite spot when I visit Portland. Their mac slaps. The fries with any of the sauces are so good.

Wow so good!.Celiac safe, so worth it. Their sushi burrito is amazing. Same with their chickpea sandwich. It's worth it, vegan celiac dream place.

Super delish! My husband loves a great burger and he cannot stop talking about the burger! We make the drive all the way from Milwaukie - worth it!

My friend and I went here and we decided to share a couple thing. We got the chickpea parmesan and the caprese panini. Both were very good! I definitely want to come back and try out more things. I also loved that the food wasn't greasy and didn't make me feel heavy.
