This place is amazing! Easy menu items for people with allergies. When expressed that I am celiac, there were notes added to ensure there was no cross contamination with their gloves and the food is sooooo good!

Amazingly wholesome menu of variety with safe gluten free options. My husband and I love this place. Kinda pricey but I’ve never had anything I didn’t love.

I’ll be back to try more. Just walked in for a cold drink but noticed the menu clearly had a lot of items marked GF. ALL of the desserts are GF so we got the cookies too. They were delicious! Will be returning soon to try the gluten free Mac and cheese!

The staff is knowledgeable, the menu has gluten free options clearly marked and the food is amazing. I’ve tried three dishes now and they’ve all been so flavorful. I love this place! My vegan friend loves it as well. :)

SO good.. not only was this the cutest place, I wasn’t worried for a second about cross contamination or the way they were preparing my food. A place like this is hard to come by with celiac and everything tasted amazing!!!! 10/10!!

SO GOOD!!! I’ve been waiting for a Flower Child in FW forever. They are incredible at handling allergies, and have a bunch of gf menu items! Just tell the server to mark your meal as an allergy and they prepare it in a separate spot. The food is fresh and delicious and I’ve never gotten sick! The gf Mac and cheese is a must-order side as well

I ate lunch here this past weekend and had a wonderful experience! I’m highly symptomatic and was just fine after eating here. There is potential for cross contamination, but all the staff seemed very well informed and knew exactly what to do. I feel that this is one of the safest restaurants for me in Houston.

So many gluten free options and great for kids!! My daughter (celiac) never gets sick when we eat here and my sons who are not gluten free say the gf mac and cheese is the best here! I personally love the forbidden rice bowl. They change their gloves for my daughter even though everything we order is gf!
