This was my first time ever being here so when I saw they had gf macaroni and cheese, I asked if it was safe! She went back and checked for me and confirmed. Then, after I ordered, I heard them all saying “this next one is a serious allergy!” so I knew they were taking it seriously. I didn’t get sick at all and it tasted AMAZING

Delicious food! A decent number of gluten free options marked on the menu. Staff knows to change gloves, utensils etc when preparing food and food is announced as gluten free when it arrives at the table.

i got massively sick here - i told the person who took my order that i had a gluten allergy, she did inform the staff, my plate came out swperate than everyone else’s and they mentioned that it was GF upon bringing it. they did a good job with that - but within 30 minutes i was in the bathroom. definite CC from this place. use your discretion

I’ve eaten here a few times now and I haven’t gotten sick at all. The menu is labeled with GF options. The chicken and Mac and cheese is delicious! The gf cookie is so good. And the shrimp with forbidden rice was really good too.

Lots of yummy gluten free options! The menu identifies which items are GF. I love their gluten free mac and cheese. They are cautious of cross contamination and let you know your meal is gluten free when bringing it to the table.

I ate lunch here this past weekend and had a wonderful experience! I’m highly symptomatic and was just fine after eating here. There is potential for cross contamination, but all the staff seemed very well informed and knew exactly what to do. I feel that this is one of the safest restaurants for me in Houston.

So many gluten free options and great for kids!! My daughter (celiac) never gets sick when we eat here and my sons who are not gluten free say the gf mac and cheese is the best here! I personally love the forbidden rice bowl. They change their gloves for my daughter even though everything we order is gf!
