I absolutely with 100% certainty got sick from eating here. I was hopeful because there were clearly marked GF signs on gluten free items and even a separate GF tamari poke sauce, but there were also at least 2 big cross contamination issues. I’m super disappointed because this place is so bomb, but I am not outrageously sensitive and I started feeling sick while I was eating it, so there was for sure a lot of cross contamination. I suspect it was from the lady at the end who literally had three big tubs of wonton strips and other gluten filled items she reached into (with gloves) for every single customer then proceeded to handle my food and utensils and touch other scoops and handles (with the same gloves.) The seaweed salad (not gf) juices were also leaking into the avocado tray next to it, which I only noticed after I asked for avocado. Ugh. Ugh ugh ugh. The staff seemed clueless when I had questions or was concerned, which only made matters worse. I hope they educate their staff and use better cross-contamination prevention practices because I would love to feel safe going back!
