Review of FOB Poke Bar

Told the manager I had a gluten allergy and he changed his gloves and was very helpful figuring out what was safe for me to eat. I got FOB rice because it was kept separate from the rest of the base options - one of which contained couscous so not gf. All the mixins were gf, as were the fish options that were alongside so I felt safe getting what I wanted from that section. The gf poke sauce (made with tamari) was kept separate, under the counter. For the toppings: I did have to ask for a fresh scoop to be used, and to grab my toppings from fresh containers (kept under the counter) because the toppings on display were all spilling into each other. I was able to get sesame seeds on top, though, so it was a good meal. Not the most easy gf option (Capitol Cider is much easier, a few blocks away), but with some effort, was able to get a safe meal. Probably would not trust for delivery because I had to be pretty vigilant.
