i don’t eat a ton of meat AND have celiac so i had pretty low expectations going into it but it might be my new favorite restaurant !!! the servers were very knowledgeable about what meat they brought was and wasn’t gf, they brought me a full allergy menu on request, and the cheesy buns at the table were not only gluten free but so good i had about 11 of them <3 would absolutely recommend i’ll be there again for sure

Be sure to ask for their allergen list print out. Very easy to read and includes everything available from the meats to the market bar. Don't be worried about the table bread, cheese bread is made with tapioca starch. The meats are brought out seperately so cross contamination (from chicken dishes) was not a worry. Even GF dessert available!

The service and food were excellent. I told them I was gluten free and pork free and my husband wanted his meat well done. The printed list showing all of the food with the allergens was an extra special touch. They accommodated all of our requests easily and one manager came to the table to make sure we were happy and another manager helped me with the Market table which has a huge array of different cold foods. The drinks all the way to the dessert, they made us feel special with their attention to detail. It's expensive, but worth it to splurge every once in a while so I would definitely go back.

My daughter and I are celiac. We had a great experience. The food was delicious and the staff was super knowledgeable. They printed a list of gluten free items which was most of the menu. I highly recommend it.

This place is delicious and super friendly. They brought me an entire stapled packet to show all of the allergens and the waitress went over it with me in detail which was great. Super pumped I can still go here 😍

There’s such a large variety of items here, there’s plenty that’s gluten free, though you have to ask about specific things but the servers will go and double check with the kitchen. The dinner rolls they serve are gluten free, as the Brazilians use tapioca flour and cheese to make puffy little popover type breads. All and all delicious and safe if you are vigilant
So yummy one of our favorite places to go. Most things gluten free. Even the bread they bring to the table.

exelent meal almost 90 percent of everything was gluten free. staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about gluten free foods. They even had a couple of gluten free desert choices. although it was pricey I would recommend it.

Almost everything is gluten free! The manager came to our table to go over what was gluten free. We also had two lactose intolerant family members so they made the polenta without cheese. So many options including several desserts. The meats are just to die for! It is ridiculously expensive but incredible dining experience.
This place is pricey but worth it. The servers are all very knowledgeable. I wouldn't want to go here as a vegetarian but otherwise it's a great experience. Come hungry!
Excellent food and our waiter had celiac a disease so very knowledgable!! Even the bread on the table was GF!

great service and food. A chef came out to explain gf options. The price is not very high considering the food quality and attentive service

Waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. All meats except chicken are gf although I would be wary of the sausage. They bring it around with the chicken (so they touch) but they were able to bring it to me separately when I asked. All side dishes are gf and are so so so delicious. Salad bar always has the risk of cross contamination due to clumsy people but I found it fairly clean. Besides, who can pass up a whole plate of prosciutto and cheeses?
I went here for a company function and had resigned myself to getting sick. I was pleasantly surprised that the buffet had the cheese and meats on the totally opposite side from the bread, which was by the salads.
At the buffet I chanced tiny pieces of the prosciutto, papaya and star fruit. The tropical fruits weren’t ripe so I didn’t end up finishing these.
I signaled the waitress of my allergy and she brought out a detailed allergen list. This list showed most of the meats as having soy, which I worried was soy sauce. Though overwhelmed by our party of 16, the waitress eventually brought me the manager who took a trip to consult the chef who told me most meats were simply rubbed in lemon pepper and no soy sauce was involved.
Based on the advice of the waitress and manager, I tried several types of lamb and beef and did not get sick. For drinks I had Caipirinhas. Though they were listed as wheat free I did not try the Pão de queijo, which were prepared in a kitchen that also prepared bread. For dessert I wanted to try the flan, but they were “out” (I saw it being served to other tables, so they must have just run out) and was given vanilla ice cream.
Overall this restaurant did a great job taking care of me and keeping me safe on a very busy night.

So much food, we had great time here and left sooo full. A fun spot for the family, endless cuts of meat and salad bar. The rolls are safe, meats are safe, a few items on salad bar that we were warned of ( bread items). We had no reactions, nice lunch here.

Great experience here, told them of my allergy and they brought me a list of everything and their allergens: gluten was only in a few things! Safe buffet, all the meats except the tofu but I didn’t even see that. Highly recommended. All you can eat is $66 which seems like a great deal!

Mostly everything here was gluten free. I was hesitant at first and took some precautions, but everything was great. If you haven’t eaten this style before, they come around to your table with a slab of meat and slice off a portion if you want to try it. There are several meats that are not gluten free, but there were more than enough options without it. I was skeptical of the buffet, but [at least on the night I was there] almost everything on the table was gluten free. I stood there and watched it for 5 minutes before deciding it was worth it to check out a couple items. Taking off a star for safety due to the waitstaff; somewhat knowledgeable, but also apathetic and not willing to get answers very quickly (like 30 minutes into the meal when everyone else was already eating). My primary complaint was the servers — one was a little weird encouraging us to drink and drive (we did not, of course), and one just did not help at all. We went somewhat close to the opening and seemed like a decent amount of turnover with the waitstaff, so perhaps it was a logistical issue and has since improved. I had a vegetarian friend who went and found plenty to eat to hang with her family, but I’m not sure I would recommend that for the price point. I did not get sick, and was very full :)

I haven’t been yet but looking online it looks like their entire market menu is naturally gluten free. Apparently they can also serve Brazi bread. Hope to check out soon.
