Review of Fogo de Chao

Visited Fogo de Chao on Wynkoop during a recent business trip and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind, the atmosphere and energy were positive, and the food options were endless. While the staff did not have readily available knowledge about what may or may not contain gluten, Renato F. (one of our servers), was very quick to obtain an allergen menu and speak with the chef about each dish that came into question. I felt very safe and walked away with a full happy tummy! They even had GF Brazilian cheese bread, caramelized bananas & polenta as an appetizer, GF sides (garlic mashed potatoes), and a very delicious GF dessert, Papaya Cream (a house specialty apparently). I would definitely visit again and eat with confidence. I highly recommend!
