Had a reaction, sadly. It seems that they do try to avoid cross contamination but maybe there is just too much flour around or they are missing something.

I normally eat at the Burlington location and am fine. I ate at the Shelburne location today and got extremely sick after. Usually the texture and taste of food with gluten will put me off if I eat it, but this didn’t. After leaving, I thought it was cross contamination because of my stomach hurting and swelling but my reaction after makes me think it was worse than that.

Best gluten free pizza I have EVER had! They do an amazing job with cross contamination and take allergies super seriously. I am celiac and felt completely safe here. The pizza was crispy, the toppings were delicious, and the staff was so friendly and nice. Try the buffalo cauliflower!

Offer an almond flour GF crust. They asked if it was preference or allergy. When told allergy they cooked my pizza on a layer of aluminum foil to prevent cross contamination in the wood fired oven. I watched them use a clean pizza cutter for mine as well, I appreciated the extra caution . Great taste and no reactions.

SUPER DELICIOUS PIZZA! I look forward to coming to Folinos every summer in my way up to Stowe! I wish they had one in NY!
