Offer an almond flour GF crust. They asked if it was preference or allergy. When told allergy they cooked my pizza on a layer of aluminum foil to prevent cross contamination in the wood fired oven. I watched them use a clean pizza cutter for mine as well, I appreciated the extra caution . Great taste and no reactions.
