Food was ok, but I’ve had much better GF pizza. Ordered the porcinzola and the were plenty of toppings but little sauce. Overall cooked well and it was cooked on its own disposable pan to avoid CC.
After I ordered my gluten free pizza the wait staff brought out a free appetizer that I could not eat because it was made with bread. It was a nice gesture and my husband enjoyed it. However after the meal they gave us a free dessert, which again nice gesture, but at that point I refused mine and the waiter looked confused. He didn’t clearly did not know what gluten was. Fortunately for me I can handle small amounts of CC but it’s clear not all the staff are trained.

After trying to go to a nearby place that had a gluten free menu I stopped here with my friend. I happened to see a gluten free pizza sign and figured I just ask. Guy, the owner was super kind, understanding of CC, and helpful. He kindly explained their CC protocol and made me a personal pizza that was GF. They use frozen dough and the pizza goes in its own metal dish that they diehard afterward.
