When I asked for a gf menu, I was told I could do a gf crust. The server asked if I had celiac and so told her no but I have a gluten allergy. Not sure why that matters…gf should be gf and all precautions should be taken for everyone that requests it. My pizza came out without the basil so my server took it back and came right back with it and said the chef added the basil for me. I don’t think he did a glove change and cross-contaminated my food because within 30 minutes I was having a gluten reaction.
