Awesome place and great food! Burgers are juicy and so yummy. I have celiac and they have so many options—GF hot dog and hamburger buns and all the toppings and sauces are GF with one exception.

I’ve been there twice now and love it! Tonight was a special of Nashville chicken tenders with fries and the time before was the joker fried chicken sandwich on a gf bun. It was my first time having fried chicken since being diagnosed with Celiac. I’m so happy to have found this place. I hear they have wonderful gf fish fry’s during Lent too.

I love franks so much. If you miss a Big Mac have the joker burger with extra joker sauce on the side. Dill dip with the fries are a must. So many gf options… I stop here every time I’m in Buffalo.

Omg! I ordered the chicken fingers and they are the best I ever had, even before I went GF! They were crispy, super moist, had great flavoring, and huge! The fries were delicious too!! Not like the plain fries you often get at other places, they had a nice flavor with sea salt. The portion of fries was super generous too.

Franks needs to open a 2nd location in the Southtowns!

The food is always amazing, and I never get sick (Celiac)! There are dedicated fryers and all the fried food is gluten free. The only thing that is not gluten free is their regular buns (but they have GF ones)! The fried chicken and fried fish are amazing. And they now have chicken tenders! Amazing!! I had the impractical joker. burger and it was fantastic!! Tasted like a world class big mac. I wish I lived near here and not just traveling through. If you have a chance dont even hesitant to stop!

This is my favorite “fast food” restaurant! Owners/staff understand GF safety procedures and work hard to carry a number of GF options. They have a killer menu of unique and very tasty burgers, dogs and even a couple of chicken sandwich options. GF roll usually holds together quite well. The fryer is safe and you will love the freshest fries (regular and sweets) with many dipping sauce options. Always check out their specials because they are amazing and most can be made GF. Casual, friendly atmosphere and a great outdoor patio. What can I say, I love Frank Gourmet Hot Dogs.

This place was easy to find and had plenty of parking out front. I got the Impractical Joker chicken sandwich, which was fried and pretty good, I just wish the chicken itself had a little more flavor. But the bun was good and didn't completely fall apart. My daughter got the bacon cheese burger, and we were both able to the eat the fries, which were very good. Neither of us got sick, so overall I do recommend this place as good gluten free option while in Buffalo.

Incredible menu and food. The first time I ate here the staff walked me through all my concerns, and I’ve been back many times and have never gotten sick. The Nashville Chicken sandwich and joker burger are so good, along with the fries. Love this place.

Love this place! Everything is fresh and delicious. Just received my email about their gluten-free fish fry for lent. So popular they only make fish fries on Fridays and you have to start ordering on the Monday before. Once they sell out for the week you are out of luck til next week.

Best hot dogs ever. So many gluten free choices and the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. So very friendly and so very good. I hate when you go somewhere and they don't know what they have if anything gluten free Frank's staff so far anyone I spoke to knows and understands the gluten free choices. Making my decision so much easier. Thank you Frank's for that. I'll definitely go back.

I have eaten here several tomes. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Delicious fried chicken sandwich, fish fry, cheeseburgers. They even have sandwiches with gf rye bread. They are always very patient with my questions and attentive to my family's gluten free needs. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The quality of the gluten free food is as good as the quality of the non gluten free food.

I’ve gone to this place a couple times recently and I’ve like the food. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with gluten there so I figured I should share it:

I called ahead to order a gluten-free hotdog. When I got there, the cashier told the guys in back that she needed the gluten-free hotdog for pick up. I then watched one of the cooks ( who I think is an owner) take a hotdog off of a normal, gluteny roll, throw it back on the grill, roll it around for a second (presumably to burn off the gluten) and then proceeded to put it on the gluten-free hotdog roll. He wrapped it up and gave it to me. I was very disappointed.

So while I like the food, I would have to say that this place is not necessarily celiac-safe.

Great gluten free options. Fish fry is out of this world- as good - maybe even better- than a gluten filled one! Hand cut fries-dedicated fryer. Gluten free rolls for their burgers and dogs. A great little place!

Owner/Operators super knowledgeable, def on point. All fryers are dedicated fryers, because there is NO wheat flour in the facility (rice flour only); everything in the kitchen is GF except the potato rolls that they do not make onsite. You guys, even the crispy onions are GF!! So exciting to find a celiac-friendly burger joint. Beef is nitrate-free and grass fed. Delicious. I was a little concerned I wouldn’t love it as much as sahlens, but my dog was super tasty and my husbands burger was divine! Don’t forget French fry dipping sauce 😍
