Get the pizza! Chewy buttery crust, closest to a regular pizza we’ve ever had. Great cheese/sauce combo. 😋

They really know their stuff. The gluten free spaghetti (usable in almost any dish) and gluten free ravioli (seasonal) are excellent, and the pizza is one of my favorites. The pizza crust is almond flour-based and goes well with the tangy pizza sauce they use. I highly recommend them.

Frank’s is one of my favorite places to find gluten free in the Midlothian area! They make their pizza crust in house and it is sweet delicious and thicker than most. People with Celiac should be cautious because there is flour in the kitchen for their regular pizza crust and bread but they take the time to put the gluten free on a clean pan and try to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. I have never personally had any problems but I’m not as sensitive as celiacs. They also always have gluten free spaghetti and often have gluten free ravioli as a special that I am obsessed with! Plus a lot of their regular chicken and fish dishes can be made gluten free. Oh and there is a gelato from Italy if you want dessert! I highly recommend it, especially if you haven’t had good Italian food in a while.
