Review of Freebirds

The staff made my meal and I was about to pay for it, when Patrick the manager asked me if I was gluten free because of allergies. When I told him yes, he threw the meal away because his staff did not change their gloves. He then said he would make my meal personally to make sure it was done right. He changed his gloves and got out fresh utensils to keep my food from being cross contaminated.
