Manager was very careful. Changed gloves and used separate utensils. Chips fried in canola oil in a dedicated fryer. Excellent nachos, no reaction. Highly recommend.

The staff made my meal and I was about to pay for it, when Patrick the manager asked me if I was gluten free because of allergies. When I told him yes, he threw the meal away because his staff did not change their gloves. He then said he would make my meal personally to make sure it was done right. He changed his gloves and got out fresh utensils to keep my food from being cross contaminated.

The staff was great. I expected them to just change their gloves. They have a whole procedure which includes fresh clean utensils, a plate straight out of the package and the best part was they seemed very happy to do it.

Enjoyed this place very much!!!! The staff was great and took the time to use a different utensil to serve everything, so they didn't cross contaminate anything. Was very impressed with them. And the food was delicious!!!!!

On a road trip with three dogs, super accommodating of gluten allergy, put on new gloves, got new utensils and gave me an allergen menu. Very friendly staff, great for dogs for outside seating. Perfect road tip stop. Out door seating for dogs is in shade at 6 p.m

If you love nachos like me this is the place for you. They also have burrito bowls and will have a list of gluten free foods to choose from. Just make sure they change gloves and you're golden.

I really like freebirds! But I’m a simple eater so I only get rice, chicken, and cheese- has no problems. They have a guide for gluten free products- they were able to check that the brisket was not gluten free.

There is a lot of variety on choosing what to put into my bowl. I basically was able to have most of the protein options, but there were three that I couldn’t have which was the steak, the limited time protein, and the vegan chorizo as they contain gluten. The prices aren’t too bad either! I definitely recommend this place. They change their gloves and grab a freshly cleaned tray for my order.

The management here has gone down completely. No one knows what gluten is and I watched them cross contaminate every single thing on the serving bar today a guy with gloves on that it just touched the tortilla grabbed the chicken that had fallen all over the line and put it back with his hands. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC.

They couldn't understand that I needed clean gloves. In fact, everytime I said I need fresh gloves. I'm gluten-free. They tried to give me a low Carp tortilla but when I asked if it was gluten-free, they didn't know. They finally were able to determine which products were gluten-free. And then proceeded to give me cheese by reaching into the container as opposed to using the spoon. So there is quite a bit of cross-contamination. At this location, it's went downhill.

Daughter is celiac. We have been many times and they have an allergy chart posted for them to see. Only chicken is GF (other meats are not) but my daughter loves it in a bowl! They washed hands and changed gloves. She has not have any symptoms of being glutened.
