SO EXCITED WHEN I FOUND THIS PLACE. i went in and it was packed which made me think it was gonna not only be gf but GOOD gf food. There were so many options and it tastes so good. i cannot get over this. i like to compare it to chipotle and freshii bowls but the healthy and 100% gf version. I had a four bowl with brown rice, sweet potato noodles, broccoli, bbq chicken and the herb creamy sauce. bbq chicken and sweet potatoes are a MUST TRY and are by far the best things in my bowl.

I have eaten at this location twice. Both times were pretty good. You need to time it right for all the options to be freshly put out if you don’t want dry chicken. They are kind people that work there and and did get me some extra bbq sauce from the back which was great. The peace of mind is worth it!!🙃 I love their soda choices, too!

Delicious, fast and safe! This is a usual “bowl” place where you choose a base, protein, vegetable, sauce, etc, and they put it all together right there in front of you. Very healthy & fresh. I loved everything I had. The sesame green beans were especially tasty. Also loved the coconut sirhacha sauce. I wish this place existed where I live! My only qualm was that the only vegetarian protein option was cold/mushy tofu.

This is an amazing place that is very popular. Everything is GF. At first it was a bit overwhelming, but a very kind employee who happened to have grown up in our home state explained every and made suggestions. My husband who can eat gluten loved it here too. We stopped for lunch after landing in Tampa. Although the ordering experience is a little overwhelming and rushed due to the popularity of the restaurant, the food was worth it! We each had a different bowl and enjoyed the glass noodles and coconut rice, sweet potatoes, citrus and bbq chicken, salmon and broccoli. We were stuffed! This is my daughter’s (celiac) new, favorite restaurant in the world.

This place is amazing! We have a big family with multiple food allergies and three with Celiac. Though we rarely are able to go out to eat, we decided to look for a dedicated gf place on vacation. Our meal nearly made me cry (ha!). Delicious, fresh, eaten by every kid 3-17 with rave reviews. Very reasonable prices and super friendly staff. Can't wait to go back!

There was quite a line but it moved fast. Everything was Gf and DF and wonderful. Sooooo good. I grabbed the chocolate chip cookies to go and ate them next day and they were so soft and delicious. I highly recommend this establishment.

Simply amazing! I live in Chicago now but can’t wait to come to Tampa just to eat at Fresh Kitchen! My favorites are the sweet potato noodles, bbq chicken, mushrooms and the holy kale sauce! Fantastic real, nourishing food that tastes great from a 100% gluten free kitchen. Only downside was limited indoor seating and noisy throughout.

If you think a bowl at Chipotle is pretty good for the genre, definitely give this place a try. Many more options, just as fast and cheap, better food quality, and no cross contamination concerns.
