Everything was gluten free, so no bad choices possible. The concept is similar to making a bowl at Chipotle where you choose some sort of base (rice, cauliflower rice, or greens-based), a vegetable, a protein, then a la carte toppings and a dressing. The meal was delicious and the service was good.

They also asked about allergies, so beyond gluten, they seem to know how to advise on other allergies. (Almonds are used in a couple items present during our visit.)

Dedicated GF, after a long stressful day of travel, my boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner. This was my first time eating out since becoming g gluten free and I was very nervous. The staff was so incredible and friendly! Food was amazing and no cross contamination because the entire restaurant is gf! Loved it and will definitely be back!

I would give this place more than five stars if I could!! The food was so tasty. We got a six and a kids bowl. They have a great variety of toppings to mix and match. We got steak for protein and it was tender and well prepared. All the other toppings were very flavorful too. But best of all, I felt perfect after eating!

I have a baby and I can't feed him here because they don't have spoons. Super concerned with the companies ecological footprint, biodegradable spoons are too expensive. Anyway, they could care less about having my child fed, just too concerned about the reputation for low impact on the environment. Make sure to pack your own utensils to go out to eat.

Amazing! I love when restaurants are 100% gluten free and this one is great. Lots of options to make a unique and delicious bowl and several portion options. It was almost hard to pick because everything tasted so good (ask to sample things!) I also love their drink options and ended up mixing the cucumber ginger and strawberry lemonade frescas.
