Fresh Kitchen made eating on my trip to Miami Beach such a joy while Celiac and doing clean keto (had my own olive oil to sprinkle on top). Got bowls- you will want a 6 bowl if you're hungry. Delicious food, not huge portions. Only ate DF GF SF items. Best bases were cauliflower avocado rice, spinach salad, kale caesar. Fave veggies were lemon garlic broccoli and mushrooms. Most loved proteins were grilled citrus chicken (blackened chicken if you want more zip), herb grilled steak, roasted salmon. Herb balsamic vinaigrette was amazing! Definitely get an extra sauce. Used door dash delivery to Miami Beach hotel, easy peasy.

What a perfect gluten-free find! It’s a dedicated gluten-free build your own bowl type of restaurant. Plenty of options- veggies, rices, proteins, and sauces. Amazing flavors and nutritious! Great stress-free option for a celiac like me.

Everything was gluten free, so no bad choices possible. The concept is similar to making a bowl at Chipotle where you choose some sort of base (rice, cauliflower rice, or greens-based), a vegetable, a protein, then a la carte toppings and a dressing. The meal was delicious and the service was good.

They also asked about allergies, so beyond gluten, they seem to know how to advise on other allergies. (Almonds are used in a couple items present during our visit.)
