They are very informed about celiac safety. Many staff members have celiac and the everyone on staff is very nice and careful. There is a dedicated fryer.

Everything (besides the matzah balls - you can have chicken soup b/c they cook the matzah balls separately - and the chocolate babka) can be made gluten free - including daily specials! Some dishes are only made gluten free (like their pancakes)

Very good food. Very nice staff. Not too loud.
