Dined here with my young child (celiac; symptomatic to CC) and had a good experience.
The chips are fried in a separate fryer. The waiter knew about celiac and the required safety precautions. The menu was marked with items that are/could be modified to gluten free. My child went with a quesadilla on corn tortillas and had no symptoms following our dining.
So nice to be able to help our child eat safely without making them feel totally left out compared to their siblings!
