Menu is almost entirely GF (except for one dessert). Defaults to GF ingredients for things like tortillas and chips unless specifically requested, uses separate cooking surfaces/fryers for those ingredients. Managers, servers, and cool staff all extremely knowledgeable and take extra steps to clean tables, utensils, and other dining implements, and make sure everyone prepping your food knows the allergen and precautions. Manager checked on us a few times throughout the meal to make sure we were good and ask if we liked the food.
