I ordered the enchiladas suizas and tested with my Nima sensor. it came back with gluten detected. The chef and two of the servers talked to me about it, the chef remade it himself with fresh sauce, etc. The second one came out gluten-free. We discussed why that might be and the chef thinks it might be the cast iron dish they're served in, which is also used for the enchiladas with red sauce, which contains gluten. Now that the chef is aware, this will likely be addressed, but I can't recommend it for celiacs given the positive test.

If you decide to give it a try, ask about how it's served and request a plate if the cast iron is being used.
