We had a great experience, very sensitive celiac and did not get sick all entrees tested negative for gluten with Nima sensor. They have a dedicated chip fryer so those are safe. I had chips, guacamole and queso which were all good. Queso is served with corn tortillas and is very thick but good. They seem to have another fryer for the other fried items, but I asked specifically about the flautas which were labeled gluten free and I was assured that they would be in a GF fryer, and definitely were per our nima sensor result. Flautas were absolutely amazing! I also ordered chicken tinga tacos, but to me they were a little salty but again safe and good tasting. Flan was available as a dessert option, but they listed a granola on top and I try to avoid Oats as much as I can so I passed. Overall excellent experience our server was so sweet, we would def come back.
