Our server was really helpful and actually only charged me for a kids pepperoni pizza when it was actually a full size GF pizza. My daughter (celiac) loved it. The sauce was really fresh! I had a salad that was also good. We would eat here again.

Oh my goodness! Park City hasn't been the easiest place to eat, but Fuego Bistro is amazing! Our waitress knew how to steer me with coeliacs, corn and mushroom allergies. Food (chicken Parm and pizza) were very tasty and I didn't get sick!

Gluten free crust was ok, not great. But the pizza overall was very good. We got a custom veggie and the DV.

Went in and asked if pizzas were made in a separate area, host said they are all made in the same place.

Didn’t feel comfortable eating here.

I enjoyed this place. Didn’t get sick. The pizza crust was not the best, but it was good. I’m going back to try the pasta tomorrow.

YUMMY pasta and pizza. Great customer service. They can do any pasta gluten free (except lasgana and ravioli), and any pizza. I had the pesto chicken pasta. It tasted super fresh and the pasta noodles were cooked perfectly. My husband had the Blanco pizza. The crust was easily the best we have had.

The staff was knowledgeable about celiacs on the phone in person. The Jupiter Pie was SO good. The pizza crust was excellent.

Worst Gluten Free Pasta I ever had. When you have celiac you know sometimes places are going to let you down but this pasta was something horrible. When you try at home different pastas you know that some of them are going to break when boiling and if you can eat it , it will taste like nothing. This paata was exactly like that. If you are reading this and eat gluten free you will know the feeling. Plus, it was cold (probably pre cooked) and the sauce was really acid. The chicken was good. I also had a tomato basil soup. Very acid too. If you eat gluten free, I suggest dont come to thia place or try the pizza. No other gluten free itema in the menu as part of this and typical salads.

Had dinner here twice recently. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The pizza is cooked in the same oven as non gf pizza. They do place gf pizza on a metal tray so it's not on the stone. I didn't have a problem with it but not wouldn't recommend it for someone with severe reactions. I also had the chicken parmigiana with gf pasta. It was very good and I felt fine after eating it. Chicken was not breaded just sauted. Gf pasta was a rigatoni that was al dente and held up well to being reheated the next day. Portions are large both pizza (10 inch) and chicken parmigiana. Would definitely eat here again. Prices are reasonable for a casual place.

The gf pizza is fantastic! They must have improved their crust since the other reviews were posted here. It is thin, but nice and soft as well. I plan to go back and try the gf pasta next time.

Decent pizza, not the best gf I've had. Would probably try some other pizzas in Park City before having this one again. Wood fired is nice but it was a little dry and very crispy crust.
