We ate at Fuel twice during our trip to DC. The employees were familiar with how to handle allergy orders and what ingredients had gluten. The pizza was very good.

It king of seems empty that could mean that’s bad food I tried and it wasn’t very good I would try there And it’s not celiac safe cross contamination
No
The person who took my order (owner?) said his daughter has celiac and they take allergies very seriously. Gf pizza cones in 12” and was delicious and I felt completely fine after eating there.
Yes
I had the BBQ chicken pizza. I really enjoyed the crust; it was surprisingly doughy and maintained its consistency throughout. Wish I'd have eaten it more slowly because the roof of my mouth is still burning.
Yes
The six cheese pizza was fabulous. The gf crust is 12" so a good meal for two. I wish they had some wine or cider along with beer.
They have GF pizza and it wasn't bad. Not the best I have had but it works. Totally agree with the previous review that the girl at the register was not a very nice person. Probably would have given a better review of the place if she was polite at all.
They offer gluten-free pizzas on Smart Flour Foods pizza crust and stock Daiya and GF beers for those interested. All but three of their specialty pizzas can me made gluten-free and all ingredients (minus the meatballs) can be selected from their make-your-own menu. I found the pizza to be solid by GF standards, but not the absolute best I've had. The location is conveniently located near the White House, National Mall and the Farragut Square metro station. Great pizza, and the classic topping choices make it stand out. I had the bacon and bleu, which had a delicious and surprising amount of bacon and bleu cheese. If you're looking for more creative toppings I'd try Ella's or Pi Pizza down the street, but this is definitely a great place to sit outside and enjoy a slice or two.

My daughter and I went here today. The pizza was good... Most the servers were friendly, save for one girl at the register. The cheese and pepperoni were good, not out of this world. But I have to say for gluten-free pizza this was pretty darn good. I think we'll be back.
only pizza is gluten free nothing else on the menu...
This pizza was awesome. Where I'm from all there is for gluten free pizza options is Dominos and Mellow Mushroom. Fuel Pizza blew them out of the park. We liked it so much we came back again on our last day in DC.

Good pizza. Great beer. My gluten full brother are here with me and he wanted to give Fuel 5 stars. Definitely a good choice.
decent GF pizza if you are in the area, I've had better and a lot worse. I ate with no issues, I have a very sensitive allergy and did not get sick. Fresh veggie toppings were a plus.
Worst order out experience ever! Should have realized after I was hung up on 2 previous times that it wasn't going to be a pleasant experience. They took down my hotel address incorrectly. I waited over 30 min to find out they didn't deliver to my address. Manager was not willing to work w/me. Being gluten free & ordering delivery isn't easy.
Not bad, little pricey though. The menu is from 2012 and the prices have changed. GF friendly staff and nice sit in restaurant. Pizza dough was quite chewy, like it wasn't finished baking all the way?
Yum! Tasty pizza and very nice staff.
Very good GF pizza. They also have Redbridge. Wish the had other GF choices too like wings or calzones.
Got glutened. Sigh. Pizza wasn’t bad flavored but that’s not ever the real decision when it comes to a gluten allergy…

Agree with comments that this is eat at your own risk. Our pizza was very undercooked and the rubbery crust wouldn’t peel away from the baking paper. No reaction, but an unpleasant meal.

They have a great GF pizza. It comes in 12" only and was ready in minutes. I can't confirm whether there was or was not cross contamination, but no issues for me or my son. So far it's the best GF I've had other than one my friend makes!... And I've tried quite a few.

My daughter and I split a GF pizza which was good and did not get sick. We are highly sensitive even to cross contamination. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
When called they don't know the ingredients in their gluten free pizzas.
