I’ve eaten here for years, but this was the first time since becoming GF. I ordered hibachi shrimp. The waitress told me the salad (dressing) and soup that comes with it are not GF; so I pass on those. She pointed out the pot of soy sauce at the table is GF. When the chef arrived, he cooked my food first while starting the fried rice; my rice was prepared separately, and I received a double portion since I can’t have the noodles, which didn’t touch the cooktop until my food was removed. My food was different than I’d had before, but was still delicious. The rice and veggies were less “soy forward”, lighter taste-wise, which I enjoyed. I thought it was handled well, though it would be nice if they added a gf salad dressing in the future. I am gluten sensitive, not celiac, so my experience might be different than others.
