Tried it based on reviews and was disappointed. We sat at the counter with a clear view into the kitchen. There are no protocols in place to manage cross contamination. The single cook touched gluten and free buns interchangeably. All burgers were assembled on the same countertop. Sauces were spread on gluten buns using the same spatula. Yes, the fries were gluten free, BUT, half the time they were scooped into serving baskets by the same hand that had just handled gluten buns. Would not recommend for celiac.
