The server wasn't convincing with her canned speech about gluten: "the only thing here that's gluten free is the pizza; not even the salads." I pressed a little more, and she asked the chef some questions. We learned that the tomato sauce is gluten free, the pizza crusts are prepared elsewhere, but they are baked in the same oven as the regular pizzas. With such a small chance of cross contamination, I decided to give it a shot. I did like the fact that they could put any toppings on a gluten free crust, unlike some restaurants that only serve one variety of gluten free pizza. I did not, however, ask about the ingredients in all of the toppings. Anyway, I felt fine after eating the pizza, and it was delicious!
