Had friends work in the kitchen and have told me they do NOT have any kind of preparation for gluten free food/preventing cross contamination. I’ve never eaten here without getting sick (despite what staff might tell you)

I gave this place a try multiple times. I was always assured they had gluten-free options but more often than not I ended up with a reaction. I think there are issues of cross-contamination. I would never eat there if you are celiac.
No
Specifically told them I could not have gluten because of celiac. Explained I've had seizures before from it as well. The staff acted like they understood. Got half way through my taco and realized they had given me flour after I specifically said corn. When I brought it up to them they did not seem sincerely apologetic at all.
No
I got sick eating here twice. Even though they say some of their food is safe, it's not. I would only eat food here if you aren't celiac

Options are fairly limited, but food is good.
I was at the E Harmony Rd location and I agree with the previous review... the staff know the menu and are happy to answer any questions.
Many options & staff that know their stuff!
Knowledgeable staff, careful and helpful. Many items to choose from. My daughter and I both ate here and didn't have a negative reaction.
Yes
Brisket nachos on corn tortillas stated gluten free on website but somehow I'm extremely ill today. I'll be more diligent next time.

There is supposed to be a dedicated fryer for chips which makes the tortilla chips celiac friendly. I have yet to ask if I could fry potatoes or the crispy tacos separately, but I suppose that could be possible as well. The main things to know is that you can't have the ground beef, shrimp, tempura fish, fajita beef, Latin fried potatoes, crispy tacos, or tortilla strips that go on the salad. The shrimp is cooked in a barley sauce so it is not actually gluten free like they will tell you. Make sure to let them know about any allergy so they can cook the corn tortillas on a separate part of the grill or microwave them. I always tell the cashier I have celiac disease tell them to mark gluten allergy on my items so the kitchen knows. The sangria is not gluten free, but the margaritas are.

A ton of gluten free options! They have an allergen chart on their website that breaks down every single menu item. Chips are corn chips but are unfortunately not fried in a dedicated GF fryer so had to skip those. Grilled steak tacos were amazing.
