The cashier when I went indicated he has family with celiac and recommended I not eat there... Basically everything is gluten-free (just googled for their specific gluten-free menu), but he said the quesadillas are cooked on the same flat top as the corn tortillas and other items... so, he explained the risk of contamination. It was late in the day, hours past lunch and I was starving; had to eat. It was pretty good (but not good enough to risk being sick)... however... I did not show any signs of gluten exposure after eating there 2 days ago. So, they seemed to do pretty well. Not sure if I'll go back or not.

This location has had staffing issues before I went Gluten free. I ate lunch there today & they were great about the menu. I did not see gluten free on my order receipt. I asked the cooks (open chef window) if they knew my order was gluten free he said everything back here was. That scared me. I rolled w/ it since I don't know my sensitivity level yet & what I ordered has a pretty low rate of CC anyway. When they called our order up thy said they took all precautions changing gloves & utensils to avoid CC. I did not have any irritations. They pulled through in the end. If you decide to go just be really friendly & tip. It is a crazy place & usually under staffed or the crowds. The food is delicious
As someone who has a mild insensitivity to gluten (skin-related), I have no problems eating here. I don't have any issues with cross contamination. NOTE: Their ground beef contains gluten! I ate it thinking it would be fine and then found out later that it has gluten in some capacity. So sad! It's delicious. I would recommend the grilled shrimp and shredded chicken soft corn tacos.
I ordered my food off their gluten free list. I then asked if she notified the cooks and she told me that the food is gluten free. I have concerned immediately. I ate my dinner which was very tasty but then I began reacting to the gluten. I have now been sick for three days. We will not return.
Chips, crispy tacos awesome margaritas
This location has a list taped to the counter that lists what is gluten free. I asked if the enchilada sauce was gluten free, and the manager came out and said "If it's not on the list, it's not gluten free. That's why we have the list". Either way, the chicken tacos (stuffed full of chicken) on corn tortillas and nachos (huge!) are GF and were quite tasty. They also have margaritas and a full bar.
Brisket nachos on corn tortillas stated gluten free on website but somehow I'm extremely ill today. I'll be more diligent next time.

There is supposed to be a dedicated fryer for chips which makes the tortilla chips celiac friendly. I have yet to ask if I could fry potatoes or the crispy tacos separately, but I suppose that could be possible as well. The main things to know is that you can't have the ground beef, shrimp, tempura fish, fajita beef, Latin fried potatoes, crispy tacos, or tortilla strips that go on the salad. The shrimp is cooked in a barley sauce so it is not actually gluten free like they will tell you. Make sure to let them know about any allergy so they can cook the corn tortillas on a separate part of the grill or microwave them. I always tell the cashier I have celiac disease tell them to mark gluten allergy on my items so the kitchen knows. The sangria is not gluten free, but the margaritas are.

A ton of gluten free options! They have an allergen chart on their website that breaks down every single menu item. Chips are corn chips but are unfortunately not fried in a dedicated GF fryer so had to skip those. Grilled steak tacos were amazing.
