I’m gluten and dairy free. Our order was made with these specifications, but there was a large amount of cheese hidden at the bottom of my tacos, so I’m not remotely confident about avoiding gluten cross contamination. Also the quality was mediocre at best and our party found little bone fragments and gristle in the chorizo.

I eat here all the time and have never gotten sick. I even risked foods from the shared fryer (dumb decision being g celiac) and still didn't get sick. It's a perfect go-to because everyone loves Fuzzys lol.

Good, but you need to ask for dietary menue to figure out what you can eat. No problems for me, but cross contamination is possible.
Fuzzy’s in Texarkana does not have a designated fryer for the tortilla chips & crispy taco shells, so you can get cross contamination. (Only reason I gave less than 5 stars) If wanting tacos I eat only their soft corn tortillas & bring my own chips to have with their salsa or queso. Helpful, friendly service!
Service is always good and accomendating for my illness. I'm glad to have a place I can eat at and not get sick, will recommend. Best tacos ever!

Brisket nachos on corn tortillas stated gluten free on website but somehow I'm extremely ill today. I'll be more diligent next time.

There is supposed to be a dedicated fryer for chips which makes the tortilla chips celiac friendly. I have yet to ask if I could fry potatoes or the crispy tacos separately, but I suppose that could be possible as well. The main things to know is that you can't have the ground beef, shrimp, tempura fish, fajita beef, Latin fried potatoes, crispy tacos, or tortilla strips that go on the salad. The shrimp is cooked in a barley sauce so it is not actually gluten free like they will tell you. Make sure to let them know about any allergy so they can cook the corn tortillas on a separate part of the grill or microwave them. I always tell the cashier I have celiac disease tell them to mark gluten allergy on my items so the kitchen knows. The sangria is not gluten free, but the margaritas are.

A ton of gluten free options! They have an allergen chart on their website that breaks down every single menu item. Chips are corn chips but are unfortunately not fried in a dedicated GF fryer so had to skip those. Grilled steak tacos were amazing.
