No reactions, delicious food! Rest of my party was pleased with the food too. Will go back for seconds.

You order at a window and the staff were nice and told me they’d never had any issues preparing an order for a gluten allergy. They take the necessary precautions, separate utensils, change gloves and clean the cooking surface. However, it took forever to get our food at 2pm on a Sunday. We waited for an hour. It was busy, but I honestly don’t understand how it takes so long to make something like crepes that cook so quickly. I’d bring some camping equipment if you come here during peak lunch time.
The food was really good though. Loved both the chicken pesto and Buffalo chicken ranch. The crepe itself was so light and crisp, delicious.
Didn’t feel ill after eating here. I’d definitely recommend to fellow celiacs!

Separate preparation & carefully marking for the GF crêpes… Had the chicken Caesar crêpe, which was so delicious! A real novelty. Definitely will be back! Feeling great after.

Ate here successfully 4 times in a month! The guys are so careful (and charming). They prepare the gf orders in a separate area with dedicated utensils although the actual cooking of the crepe is done on a shared (cleaned) burner. Gf orders take extra time but it’s worth it.

This is a window for ordering with a small covered seating area in the back. My crepe was delicious and came marked with a gluten free sticker. They said it’d take a little extra time but it ended up coming out just after everyone else’s. This was a big crowd pleaser for my group and I didn’t get sick.

I was super excited that my celiac daughter and I found a crepe place with such great reviews. We specified that it was an allergy when we ordered the Nutella crepe. When we picked it up the box had a gluten free sticker on it. My daughter is so sick. This is not cross contamination, it had to straight up have been the regular crepe!! So frustrating that a place would offer a gluten free alternative and not take their protocol seriously. Sadly, it sounds like kitchen staff can’t keep stuff straight anymore. Don’t risk it.

At first I was a little concerned as they were super busy but crepes were prepared and presented to us separately from our gluten order and there were GF stickers on the GF items. We were told our order may take a few minutes longer due to the GF prep (fine with us!). No reaction and everything was tasty (had both savory and sweet crepe).

They have amazing savory crepes that can be made GF. The GF version of crepe tasted like the real thing. My husband is not a crepe fan but he loved the crispy, cheese encrusted crepes.

Delicious! The guy at the window did the gf run down and asked allergy vs diet. These are quite large and the cup came with a little gf sticker. Real easy to miss it’s in a little alley past the ice cream shop. Outdoor space with a few covered tables. The buffalo chicken crepe was delicious! The turkey and cheese also got top marks.

Delicious crepes with a GF option. Not many kid free options, but my kid happily nibbled away at a plain one.

I love this place, we make a point to stop here every time we are in Palm Springs. I have had the chicken pesto which was good, but the Turkey cheddar was excellent. They specify gluten allergy and I haven’t noticed a reaction either time.

They are knowledgeable about gluten and have the option of selecting gluten free as an allergy rather than preference so they will use a separate cooking space/tools to help avoid contamination (I have eaten here many times now and I would say about 50% of the time I do get a reaction after eating here). I usually get the BBQ chicken crepe because it is the most flavorful of all of their crepes. Their food is incredibly fresh. The crispy onions on the BBQ chicken crepe have gluten and it is listed as such on the online menu, you can easily check the box that says ‘no crispy onions’.

So so good you can’t miss this spot! It’s tucked away in the alley and seating is limited but it’s a great grab and go meal. They ask if the GF order is for preference or an allergy and then handle accordingly.

What a great little gem! Hidden in an alley off the street, this little crepe joint offers savory crepes with chicken or veggies. The crepes are thicker than normal With a little layer of cheese that gets melted and crispy around the edges. They also include jalapenos in the crepe if you like which were not too spicy and lie highly recommend leaving them in. They use them like bread to wrap-around barbecue chicken, pesto chicken, chicken ranch or the like. Very tasty and they were very careful as others have mentioned. Marked the order as allergy, cleaned all the surfaces. changed gloves et cetera. Did not get sick and will definitely be back!

Great find! Not your traditional French crepe but an amazing dining experience! They offered to clean the workspace and made sure to separate the GF crepe into its own to go package without prompting. Celiac did not react. Have already returned. Definitely a new favorite.

This place is a little tucked away, but a gold mine find. The staff asked if the gf crepe I requested was a preference, or an allergy. I confirmed it’s an allergy, and they reassured me the appropriate steps would be made. My husband is a wheat eater, and was equally impressed with our order of Turkey and cheese crepe, rolled into a cone. We only had half an order each, and were full enough with our order. Highly recommend this place folks.

The GF crepe is so delicious. They ask if it’s an allergy and clearly label it if you’re ordering with others. Lots of options, and an order has plenty of food. Would definitely come back!

Gabino’s appears to take GF seriously. They ask if it’s an allergy or a preference. If it’s an allergy, they clean the workstation and use a separate cooking area. They have yummy Gf buckwheat crepes! Chicken pesto is my fav.
