Review of Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center

Unbelievable knowledge about Celiac Disease. I contacted the dining manager prior to my New Years dinner. I told Corey the server that I had pre ordered a meal. Under five minutes later I was served!!! Salad, Cheeses, Seafood and a berry sorbet. I woke up with no issues!!!We decided to try the buffet the next day. I must have asked the buffet attendant 50 questions. She knew 49 of them and found out the answer to 50. The chef came out and talked to me to reassure me my ALERGY was important to them!Dustin and Hassam the managers were personable and nice. Demi and Taresa were non stop service at the table.Great food, great atmosphere and even better service!!!!!
