Gi-Jin was an immaculate experience. Our waiter was knowledgeable about all of the offerings and allergens. I still dream of the salmon belly months later

Most menu items are naturally GF, and they have tamari! Waitress walked me through menu and pointed out what had potential for cross contamination (only the fried onions/shrimp tempura). Everything else was easily made gluten free, even the chocolate dessert!
