I called the manager to ask about gluten free options and safe practices. They have GF pizza crust that they make on separate mats. They offer GF buns for burgers. They also have a “healthy” section in the menu that has 3 choices of meats with 3 choices of GF sauces. It was basically stir fry with Brown rice. She said they use a new pan and make those fresh when ordered. I felt fairly comfortable with the knowledge of celiac they had. When we went I mentioned it to the waitress and she made a note. I am a silent celiac so I am always unsure if it was truly safe.
