No actual GF products available. Just options: ie fruit instead of bread. Food was good.

I am paleo, and found a great selection of breakfast foods with healthy ingredients. I had a farmer's omelette with tomatoes, onions, broccoli, shredded carrots, mushrooms, and goat cheese. I usually don't like eating white potatoes, but the breakfast potatoes were awesome: crispy outside with tasty herb seasoning -- and piping hot and moist inside. I sometimes will order a gluten-free pancake as a treat: but they didn't have that option here: kept me more honest.

From reading all the reviews I thought they had a dedicated fryer. My fault I guess for reading reviews from various locations. So let me clarify- the Olathe, KS location does not have a dedicated fryer for potatoes. No bread products of course are gluten free. Sever said she had other people who came in & they got fruit or subbed Avacado slices for potatoes. Seated quickly for a party of 6. And waitress was nice. Drinks came quickly and took order quickly.

Good food, well presented, and with great service. Glad to see this new addition in the area! I enjoyed the loaded omelet and their seasoned bacon.

Just FYI: No gluten free bread products available (pancakes, waffles, toast, etc.). But they do seem gluten knowledgeable.

No dedicated GF menu, but very knowledgeable about gluten and they will switch to a gluten free dedicated fryer for you. I got the southwest scramble with grilled chicken and it was amazing.
