Glass Nickel is the go-to pizza place for our family. I have celiac and my husband lives off gluten, and GNP is able to accommodate both of us. I’ve never gotten sick for their pizza and have yet to find a pizza I don’t love!

I had the gluten-free crust on a Margherita pizza. I added pesto to it. Delicious! Staff is very knowledgeable about celiac disease. Three of their staff members actually have CD. So they were fully aware of proper procedures in order to ensure my food was safe. Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, knowledgeable about gluten! Make sure you tell them you have celiac, even when ordering GF!

Because it's not a dedicated gluten free facility (and doesn't have a dedicated gluten free area in the kitchen) it doesn't matter if you order the gluten free crust, there will most likely be cross-contamination. I got sick from the gluten free crust. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with celiacs or severe/moderate gluten intolerance.

I have had a few pizzas from here. Once I had a little but of trouble, but thankfully I did not get too sick. Would suggest with caution to those with mild gluten sensitivities.

Informed of partners allergy and the guy who took our order confirmed with the cooks. Later, heard the manager tell the staff to be sure to change pizza cutters for the GF pizzas. Partner had no issues after.

So good! Reminds me of the taste of Blaze pizza if you’ve ever had it.

I ordered takeout and had a nice experience. They have unique trays their gf dough goes on in the oven to avoid cross contact. They also confirmed they use different pizza cutters and change their gloves when preparing gf pizzas. The pizza itself was yummy and I’d recommend it to anyone in the celiac community!

Their Sante Fe Pizza is quite taste! And No reaction!

We ordered delivery, but called ahead due to the long time since their last review here. Box label indicated “Allergy, GF - Cil.”

We were assured that - as should all stores in the chain - that for G-Free they use a dedicated pan and cleaned utensils. If informed that your condition is Celiac/ medical “allergy or sensitivity” they will take extra care of your order.

This said, remember that they are not a G-Free facility. That said, the Brookfield store, like all other G-Free pizza orders we have gotten from other Glass Nickel stores, is running a great record of service to the medically sensitive.
