Jackson and his crew are always cooking up delicious food! Dedicated GF. Open for breakfast and lunch. They have sandwiches to eat there but also take home sandwich bread, cheese rolls, and sometimes waffles! The bread is pao de queijo which is Brazilian cheese bread (contains dairy). Freshly made and they even hand you a piece when you come in :)

Love Gluten Free Oasis! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have the best sandwich and dinner rolls as well as pizza crusts and waffles I stock up on to have at home. Love the sandwich items on menu as well.

I had the Roma with chicken, it was really good and didn't take too long to make, and they give you a couple of pieces of cheese bread with your order as well. Not a place you can sit and eat at, so I sat and enjoyed my meal in the car.

Got a breakfast sandwich today and it was pretty good! Their big thing is their cheesy bread which I can’t have because I’m dairy-free as well but they have a vegan option for their cheesy bread, it wasn’t my thing but definitely try it! Definitely will be going back to try something else!

Driving through and found this place. Stuff is so nice and good delicious. Cheesy bread all made by hand in house. Husband had the punta cana and I had the grilled cheese. Both were delicious! Also got the stuffed bread with dulce de leche for dessert. It is the size of their sandwiches! We liked the bread so much we’re gonna stop on the way back to get some frozen bread.

Stopped on our way through the area and it was so worth it! Note this is a takeout spot but everything is gluten free! Had the chicken Punta Cana and loved it. Took home frozen pizza crust and it did not disappoint! Wish I lived in Connecticut!

This is the town’s hidden GEM! Every item on the menu is freaking delicious and fresh made in house. The lunch sandwiches are flavorful and creative. Vegetarian options, dessert, rolls, and a whole secret menu of frozen baked goods you can bake at home (ask if they have waffles!) Add to that that the owner and staff are incredibly friendly. Truly a gift not only to gluten free eaters but the community as a whole.

Really loved this spot. The bread is brazilian cheese bread style with cassava. Completely GF and celiac friendly. The owner was so nice and accommodating. I had a capece type sandwich and my husband had the chicken salad which he thought was ok. The guava in the cheese bread was very good. There is also a vegan option which the owner said is actually very tasty. We did not try it. We were going to go a second time on our round trip to home but found out they would be closed for a family event. Be aware: This is counter service with highback chairs at a bar window for eating and an unusual bathroom situation. Frozen bread options to take with you. I saw many people that brought freezer bags to travel.

This place truly is an oasis for Celiacs! Everything is completely gluten-free. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with a small cheesy bread roll to try. It was delicious and my husband, who doesn’t like gluten-free anything, liked it and ate it all! The owner of the shop was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of helpful information with us. I decided to try a sandwich so I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on the same, but larger GF cheesy bread roll. It was totally awesome! I bought a bag of frozen medium size GF cheesy bread rolls, GF pizza shells, and GF waffles to take home. I love that I can take one out at a time. Recently I learned that The Three Brothers Family Restaurant in New Milford serves the same GF cheesy bread rolls, upon request.

Gluten-Free Oasis makes by far the best gluten-free (cheesy) bread I’ve ever eaten and it’s super fresh.

This place is paradise! Free bread right when you come in, amazing sandwiches and coffee!

This place is amazing. Not only are the owner and all of his employees super friendly, the food is delicious. The instant you walk in the door, they will hand you a hot, fresh, Brazilian cheese roll. Free. The potato sticks inside the sandwiches are a nice touch. The Brazilian cheese bread is amazing. I usually buy some extra that has already been frozen, and leave it in my freezer at home. You can heat it up nicely in the oven for a few minutes. I believe that it’s the only dedicated gluten-free restaurant in the entire Danbury area. It’s only one minute off of the super 7, north of I 84, up near the top of Federal Road, so it’s fairly easy to get to from just about anywhere in the area. They also have really good Brazilian sodas. If you also have a craving for chocolate, the Bridgewater Chocolates factory store is across the street.

They have amazing cheese bread and completely gluten free! I will always come here forever. Anyone who comes there won’t be disappointed at all!😊

Wow! The best gluten free cheese bread I’ve ever had. My husband and kids (not gluten free) couldn’t get enough. Do yourself a favor and get you self here!!! From the outside doesn’t look like much (no shop sign) but certainly worth finding (they have the number on the building).
