All the meat is marinated in soy except for the burger meat so not gluten free. This eliminates almost everything from the menu. Separate fryer for the French fries which are gluten free (the only positive part of my experience).

The current executive chef, chef Aaron, is very knowledgeable about celiac in the importance of avoiding cross-contamination. He will take extra steps to make it possible for you to order what you want safely.

NO GF menu. Was told to pick something, then wait staff will ask chef if gluten free. (Really?!) We were told we could eat at the bar as they were heavily booked. I said “hello” and the bartender just looked at me; my husband asked “how are you tonight?”and her response was a very flat “fine” The other bartender and staff were no better. They we’re barely civil, I wasn’t going to give them a chance to gluten as well. They could not have cared less. If you are celiac, STAY AWAY
No
I have eaten here several times and gotten sick each time. Once, I was told that the salmon was gluten free, only to find out, after tasting the soy sauce in the salmon, that it had been marinated in something that contained soy sauce. The waitstaff and kitchen do not communicate well about allergens or food preparation.
No
Dedicated fryer but limited gf menu. Their idea of gluten free is that you can have sandwiches without bread and salads without croutons. The few gluten free options had shellfish which, unfortunately, my daughter also can't have. The non-gf options were good however.
Yes
dedicated fryer but no gluten free substitutions i.e. gf buns for sandwiches
So accommodating! They have three grills, one of which is dedicated.
