Review of Good Evans Breakfast & Lunch

Located just off I-80, this is a little gem of healthy and unique dining for breakfast and lunch. It doesn’t have a lot of gluten-free options, but you can get creative and find some good things to eat here. I had the avocado, toast and cauliflower flatbread, and it was very good. They don’t have gluten-free bad bread, which is a drawback, but they do have a gluten-free pancake.
