Have had both good and bad experiences at this restaurant. Super important to ask questions and be very careful when ordering. There is a “gluten friendly” pancake option - If you have celiac disease, I do not recommend ordering this.

Located just off I-80, this is a little gem of healthy and unique dining for breakfast and lunch. It doesn’t have a lot of gluten-free options, but you can get creative and find some good things to eat here. I had the avocado, toast and cauliflower flatbread, and it was very good. They don’t have gluten-free bad bread, which is a drawback, but they do have a gluten-free pancake.

Gluten free pancakes are offered as substitute to toast! Celiac husband ordered an omelet and gf pancake. My celiac son enjoyed his gf pancakes and put his side of fruit on top! Neither of them have had a gluten-reaction!

Gluten free pancakes but not bread. Not sure about cross contamination. They said most items are gluten free if you don’t get bread. I ordered an omelet and hash browns.

Our family came across this restaurant while traveling and decided to take the chance based on positive reviews. As a Celiac family, we are very careful about where we go. Upon arriving we asked if they use separate utensils and surfaces to cook their gluten-free pancakes, they do not. Our waitress was kind enough to check the packages for their granola and grits, neither of which are gluten-free. However, as they were out only option I opted to get a bowl of yogurt with some fruit as the safest option and asked that new yogurt and a fresh container is fruit be used to minimize risk. I should have just left, a now my 4-year-old and I get to deal with being gluten while traveling.
If you have Celiac, this is not a safe option.

Wait staff not knowledgeable about Celiac. When asked about separate griddle for the gluten "friendly" pancake, which was the only gluten free item on the menu, the waiter told me the heat from the only griddle killed the gluten, so it was safe. Really dissapointed.

The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. My husband is celiac so it can be difficult to eat out. The chefs are fantastic about making safe dishes for celiac patrons!
