Overall really pleased with this resorts treatment of gf and education of its employees. Love this place and would definitely return!They were happy to make special additional gf options in breakfast buffet (pancakes, French toast).See other reviews of restaurants - actual lodge dining room was just ok but really enjoyed all places on property.
