Food was fine but wish we had experienced better customer service. Due to a technical glitch in their online ordering system, we received a REGULAR kids pasta as part of our delivery order, not gluten free like we had ordered (and paid an upcharge for). My young celiac daughter was so upset. The restaurant offered a refund over the phone, however after multiple attempts to follow up with them, they have been unresponsive with no refund coming through. Super disappointing, especially because we really wanted to like this place. The whole situation makes us nervous to order their gluten free food again.
