We have been customers for years, but after their recent move, the customer service has taken a nosedive. They tried to get us to pay in person after ordering and paying online. After our order was missing an item, I tried calling, leaving a voicemail, Facebook message, and Facebook comment, and they ignored me and deleted my request for assistance. What a shame after the hit restaurants have taken.
